1. User Policies

1.1 Terms of Use

Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old to use Actus Go. For users under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.
  • Reselling or transferring coupons outside of Actus Go features (share and split). Other inside features are applicable through our system. Any activities outside the system are prohibited.
  • Attempting to breach the security of the platform or upload harmful content.

Account Suspension:

Accounts may be suspended for violations of these terms.

1.2 Coupon Usage

Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash and are regulated through Actus Go system.

Each coupon is subject to the terms set by the issuing merchant, including validity dates and conditions.

1.3 Refunds and Disputes

Refunds are issued only for coupons that cannot be redeemed due to merchant error or fraud.

Users must submit disputes within 7 days of a failed transaction.

2. Merchant Policies

2.1 Merchant Onboarding

Merchants must provide:

  • A valid commercial license or registration certificate.
  • Proof of compliance with Jordan's Consumer Protection Law.
  • A signed agreement acknowledging Actus Go's terms.

2.2 Offer and Coupon Validity

Merchants must ensure:

  • Clear and accurate terms for all offers.
  • Redemption of valid coupons without unreasonable delays.

Repeated violations may lead to suspension or termination of the merchant account.

2.3 Dispute Resolution

Merchants are required to respond to user disputes within 5 business days.

Disputes unresolved after 14 days may result in penalties or compensation charges.

2.4 Data Protection

Merchants must handle customer data provided through Actus Go with the highest level of confidentiality.

Sharing customer data without consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Platform Policies

3.1 General Terms

Actus Go acts as an intermediary and is not liable for disputes between users and merchants but will facilitate resolution.

The platform complies with Jordanian Personal Data Protection Law and other local regulations.

3.2 Payments

Users and merchants agree to use payment methods authorized by Actus Go.

Transaction fees, if applicable, will be clearly outlined in advance.

3.3 Service Interruptions

Actus Go strives to provide 99.5% uptime. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or external factors. Users will be notified in advance of planned downtime.

3.4 Termination

Actus Go reserves the right to terminate accounts for:

  • Fraudulent activities.
  • Repeated policy violations.
  • Non-compliance with local laws.

3.5 Liability

Actus Go is not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from unredeemed or expired coupons.
  • Issues related to merchant services or products.

4. Compliance with Jordanian Laws

Actus Go operates under Jordanian law, including:

  • Personal Data Protection Law for data handling.
  • Consumer Protection Law for fair practices.
  • Electronic Transactions Law for online agreements and payments.

5. Dispute Resolution

Users and merchants agree to resolve disputes amicably through Actus Go's internal resolution process.

In case of unresolved disputes, both parties can resort to arbitration under Jordanian law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All policies and disputes are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any legal disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled in the courts of Amman, Jordan.
